Introduction to Clinical Nurse Consulting for NDIS

This company emerged in response to the ongoing care needs of participants who, after experiencing exceptional support from their nurse, continued to request their services following the closure of their previous provider’s nursing department. It is a company focused on compassion, not profit as nursing has, and always should be a service dedicated to vulnerable people.

Specialised Clinical Nursing Support for Complex Care Needs

Care Plan & Clinical Report Development. We develop detailed, NDIS-compliant care plans and clinical reports that guide support workers, protect providers, and ensure participants receive safe, consistent, and high-quality care.

Continence Assessments & Consumables Guidance

Comprehensive continence assessments conducted face-to-face or via telehealth, with practical guidance and direct links to consumables to support accurate budgeting and effective care.

Medication Management Systems

Development of clear medication management plans that replace basic administration tasks with structured systems to ensure safety, accuracy, and NDIS compliance.

Urinary Catheter & Complex Bowel Care

Specialised care planning and clinical oversight for participants requiring catheter management or complex bowel care to reduce risk and support correct procedures.

Stoma, Wound and Continence

Specialist nursing in these areas ensuring the highest standards, the best advice suited to the participant and recovery goals that are grounded in the latest evidence based research.

Support Worker Education & Compliance Training

Practical education for support workers to meet NDIS descriptors, maintain documentation standards, and confidently deliver complex care.

Complex Wound & Palliative Care Support

Advanced nursing guidance for wound management and palliative care needs, ensuring comfort, dignity, and clinically appropriate support.

Clinical Reports & Care Plan Documentation (48hr Turnaround)

Detailed, NDIS-compliant clinical reports and care plans delivered within 48 hours to support providers, coordinators, and families with urgent care requirements.

Lymphoedema

Often lower leg wounds struggle to heal so as a Lympoedema practitioner, the diagnosis and prescription requirements for compression garments or pneumatic pump treatments are the only resolution. Wound care alone will not resolve these types of lower leg wounds.

Seizure & Diabetes Management Plans

Individualised clinical care plans that guide support teams in safely responding to seizures and managing diabetes with confidence and clarity.

Enteral Feeding & Severe Dysphagia Management

Clinical guidance and care planning for participants requiring enteral feeding or living with severe dysphagia to ensure safe nutrition, swallowing management, and support worker clarity.

Subcutaneous Injection Support

Training, care planning, and guidance for safe administration of subcutaneous injections within participant care routines.
